Media

Sign the Elation Authorization and Consent form. Navigate to the Integrations page in your Fullscript account. Find and click on Elation. From here, click Get Started Now. Follow the instructions on that page thereafter. If you do not have a Fullscript account, create your free account by clicking the link on this page.
Sign the Authorization and Consent (A&C) form. Fullscript will acknowledge receipt of the form, provide you with a copy, and inform Elation to authorize the application on your Elation account. Note: Please allow 3-5 days to process your request.
Once enabled, navigate to a patient’s chart in Elation. Then click Fullscript on the left-hand navigation and log in with your Fullscript credentials. Please note: Fullscript will send you an email once Elation has informed us the interface has been authorized.
If there is no Business Associate Agreement (BAA) on file for your account, you will be met with a BAA document to sign before you can begin building treatment plans through the integration. Once signed, you can begin writing recommendations.
